Our Story
Nestled along the Thessaloniki waterfront, Thalassa has been a gathering place for food lovers since 2003. Our kitchen is led by Chef Nikos Papadopoulos, who learned the art of Greek cooking from his grandmother in a small village in Crete.
We source every ingredient locally — from the fishermen who dock at dawn to the olive groves of Halkidiki.
